Q) How do I buy a product from your site?

A) To start shopping, simply follow the 3 simple steps:

1) Select a product you would like to purchase, follow by the "Add to Basket" button, after which you will be directed to your Shopping Basket page.

2) On the Shopping Basket page, you will see the product you selected and the price of the product, if you wish to confirm and purchase the product, simply click on the "Continue" button.

3) If you already have an account, simply log in to begin your purchase. Otherwise, please click on the "Register & Continue" button. You will be required to fill in a simple form (your name, contact details, etc...), once you are done, you will be redirected to the Payment page, from there you will select the payment method, once you have selected the payment method, simply click on the "Continue" button to confirm your purchase.


Q) How do I check my order status?

A) For your convenience, you can check your order status, order history, etc.. right at your Account page. Simply click on the "Your Account" button located at the top right corner of the page.


Q) How much is your delivery charge for Singapore?

A) Free! We offer free island-wide delivery (except for Resort World and Jurong Island) for purchases above $80!

We apologised that we do not offer delivery service to Resort World and Jurong Island.

We accept your orders 24 hours a day and our delivery are available from Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 8.00 pm.


Q) Do you accept orders from overseas?

A) Yes, we do accept orders from all over the globe. There are 3 modes of shipping available: Express Courier, Standard and Economy Mail. Our customers can select which type of shipping mode they preferred.

All our shipping comes with a unique Tracking ID. Once your shipment leaves our store, we will send you an email containing your shipment unique tracking code which will allow you to track your shipment online.


Q) How much is the shipping charges for overseas?

A) The shipping charges will be charged according to the weight and distance. However, you can rest assured that we will source for the best rate on your behalf. Please note that we do not profit from this transaction; what the courier company charge us, we will charge you accordingly. For example, if the courier company charge us SGD $30.00 for shipping & packing, we will charge you SGD $30.00. This is one of the value added services we are providing for our clients.

Please take note that for Express Courier, they charge their shipping rate in bracket of 500 gm. For Air Parcel and Surface Parcel, they charge in bracket of 100 gm. This will means that if the weight of your total purchases including packing is 380 gm, and you choose Air Mail, there will be excess shipping rates paid to us as our system charges you in bracket of 500 gm. We will refund you the excess shipping rates once we finalise the shipping rates with the courier company.


Q) How to pay for the shipping charges?

A) For the convenience of our overseas customers, we have configured our system to calculate the estimated shipping rates in bracket of 500 gm. For example, below 500 gm is one rate; below 1 kg is another rate and so on. This will make it easier for our customers to compare the prices among the 3 modes of shipping and decide which mode fits into their budget.

Once you check out from our store, you will be asked to choose the mode of shipping (e.g. Express Courier, Air Parcel or Surface Parcel), and the respective estimated shipping rate will be included into your purchases automatically if your country of delivery falls within our shipping table. This will allow our customers to have an express checkout from our store, simplifying the whole shopping process.

For those countries or total weight that fall outside our shipping table, we will weight your purchases and advise you the shipping rates accordingly. Then you will have to proceed to our Shipping Charges webpage, key in the respective amount to make payment.

Please note that all the shipping rates are based on the estimated shipping rates given by the courier companies. We will refund the excess shipping rates to you once we finalise the shipping rates with the courier company!


Q) How long do I have to wait?

A) For Singapore, it will takes 2-3 working days before we can deliver your product(s) to your doorstep or it depends on the availability of the items that you purchased from us.


For overseas delivery, we will advise you accordingly once we get the confimation on the estimated arrival date from courier company.  


Q) I don't want to wait, can I self-collect it?

A) Definitely! Simply drop by our retail store at No. 313 Geylang Road Singapore 389352 to collect your item, however please give us a call at our hotline +65-3152 1287 before coming down to ensure that the stock is in the retail store.


Q) What payment methods do you provide?

A) For your safety and convenience, we provide PayPal, Credit Card (VISA & Master), Debit Card (VISA & Master), eNets, UnionPay, AliPay, TenPay & 99Bill for your online purchases.


Q) Is it safe to purchase online?

A) Yes, it is safe to purchase online from our website. Once you click on "Payment", you will be re-directed to the Respective Card Provider website, and you will only key in your card details at their secured server and Secure Socket Layer. Please note that all payment are processed at the Respective Card Provider secured server, and we do not withhold any card details over at our side!
