Local Delivery
Free delivery in Singapore (except Resort World and Jurong Island) for orders above SGD $80.00. We apologised that we do not offer delivery service to Resort World and Jurong Island.
For orders below SGD $80.00, there will be a delivery charge of SGD $7.00.

We accept your orders 24 hours a day and our delivery are available from Monday to Sunday, 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. For the convenience of our customers, you can specify your preferred delivery time at the time of order.

We try our best to call our customers before we deliver the orders to our customers.
Please ensure that a person of 18 years of age and above be present when the purchase include alcoholic drinks and tobacco products. We will not release the goods to minor.
There will be no amendment to an order once the order is processed. If you wish to add additional item, please create a new order and call our hotline: +65-3152 1287 before delivery for the two orders. For such instances, we will not impose any delivery charge if the total amount of both orders are above SGD $80.00.
Please check the goods in the presence of our logistic team, and ensure that all goods delivered are in good condition and the quantity is correct. We will not be held responsible for any discrepancies after delivery. This will prevent any possible dispute.
All products leaving our store are checked thoroughly to ensure accurate quantity and goods are in good condition.
Should the goods prove to be defective, please call our hotline +65-3152 1287 within 24 hours. Our logistic team will replace the defective goods on the next working day free of charge.
Overseas Delivery
For overseas delivery, customers will have to pay for the freight charges. All transactions are Free On Board or Freight On Board (FOB)andDoor-to-Door Delivery. Min Sheng He Online will not be liable for any damages incurred during delivery. Should the order be lost during shipping or retain by Customs, we will not be liable. Please rest assure that we will try our best to source for the cheapest and reliable courier company to delivery your order, this will greatly reduce the above incidents from happening.
The shipping charges will be charged according to the weight and distance. However, you can rest assured that we will source for the best rate on your behalf. Please note that we do not profit from this transaction; what the courier company charge us, we will charge you accordingly. For example, if the courier company charge us SGD $30.00 for shipping & packing, we will charge you SGD $30.00. This is one of the value added services we are providing for our clients.
For the convenience of our overseas customers, we have configured our system to calculate the estimated shipping rates in bracket of 500 gm. For example, below 500 gm is one rate; below 1 kg is another rate and so on. This will make it easier for our customers to compare the prices among the 3 modes of shipping and decide which mode fits their budget.
Please take note that for Express Courier, they charge their shipping rate in bracket of 500 gm. For Air Parcel and Surface Parcel, they charge in bracket of 100 gm. This will means that if the weight of your total purchases including packing is 380 gm, and you choose Air Mail, there will be excess shipping rates paid to us as our system charges you in bracket of 500 gm. We will refund you the excess shipping rates once we finalise the shipping rates with the courier company.
Once you check out from our store, you will be asked to choose the mode of shipping (e.g. Express Courier, Air Parcel or Surface Parcel), and the respective estimated shipping rate will be included into your purchases automatically if your country of delivery falls within our shipping table. This will allow our customers to have an express checkout from our store, simplifying the whole shopping process.
For those countries or total weight that fall outside our shipping table, we will weight your purchases and advise you the shipping rates accordingly. Then you will have to proceed to our Shipping Charges webpage, key in the respective amount to make payment.
We have tabulated a shipping table for our client which includes the shipping rates for all the modes of shipping and the respective estimated delivery time* for each shipping mode too. All our shipping comes with a unique Tracking ID. Once your shipment leaves our store, we will send you an email containing your shipment unique tracking code which will allow you to track your shipment online.
Please note that all the shipping rates are based on the estimated shipping rates given by the courier companies. We will refund the excess shipping rates to you once we finalise the shipping rates with the courier company!
All our shipping comes with a unique Tracking ID. Once your shipment leaves our store, we will send you an email containing your shipment unique tracking code which will allow you to track your shipment online.
*Please kindly note that the estimated delivery time for surface mail are only estimate. They are not confirm delivery time as it depend on the vessel departure date from Singapore, how many ports is the vessel stopping over to load and unload containers on the way to the destinated country, how fast the destinated port workers and destinated Post Office process and deliver the parcel.
Return Policy
What can be returned?
Due to product safety issues, we do not allow any product return or exchange.
We purchase our products directly from importers, manufacturers and suppliers. All the products sold in our store are all approved by Health Sciences Authority of Singapore.
However, we allow product to be returned to us when it is defective or when we deliver the wrong product to you. All products returned to us must be in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product packaging.
When do items need to be returned by?
No later than 48 hours after purchase for local customers and No later than 48 hours after receipt of items for over overseas customers.
