Indications:
All kinds of fractures, sprains, strains, bruises, and also strengthening and toughening of bones and tendons.
Directions:
First soak a piece of cotton with Tjin Koo Lin and place it over the injured area for about ten minutes, remove it and rub or massage the area for another ten minutes. Repeat this process 2 - 3 times daily till full recovery.
